Every bite, every sip is dictated by Olivier Campanha’s philosophy of refined yet authentic taste, honouring his pledge for locality paired with clean eating: A love for purity that focuses on highlighting the main ingredient of each dish, its unique tones and textures, with respect to its natural flavor. Tucked away within the medieval village of Megalochori, the enchanting Vedema, a Luxury Collection Resort will reopen for the season on 1st May 2024 offering guests space to explore the pure side of Santorini. Evolved from a 400-year-old winery into an authentic, Cycladic village retreat, this season will introduce an additional 15 new suites and villas to its existing 59 accommodations within villa complexes and cottage houses.

The two new categories, Corinthian Villa and Grecian Villa, each showcase outdoor heated pools overlooking the surrounding emerald vineyards and provide the perfect space to accommodate families and larger groups. The two-bedroom Corinthian Villa spans across a generous 120 square metres with a spacious living area and the option of interconnecting with an adjacent villa. Grecian Villa will also feature the same stunning authentic charm providing guests with three-bedrooms across 130 square metres.

Reopening on 10th May 2024, a spirited, cosmopolitan home away from home, Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort in Paros is Empiria Group’s latest opening and set to celebrate its third year this season.

Designed as an extension of the soulful, whitewashed village of Naoussa, guests can experience beachside Greek island charm with the clear blue sea within arm’s beach. Cosme features 40 suites in a lush narrative of Paros, balancing the traditional textures and local stone with carefully curated adornments by contemporary Greek artists, combined with original gravures of Paros’ folk life and naval tradition. Celebrated Greek chef Yiannis Kioroglou will continue to lead the culinary journey at Cosme bringing his passion for ‘Medite-Grecian’ cuisine to the hotel’s stunning beachfront Parostia Restaurant, the laidback serene Volta Restaurant and the enchanting open-air garden destination, Vrosi, celebrating togetherness at the heart of Cosme.

Guests can also look for the ultimate wellness oasis in Elios, Cosme’s spa and wellness hub.
