Designed to regenerate the mind and body in six days with research proven activities, guests can expect life transforming methods and habits that they can adopt on a day-to-day basis long after they depart.
Amoila Cesar is the creator of several life-transforming programs with well over 10 million recorded views. NASM, NCCPT, AND SFG Certified Personal Trainer, Amolia has worked with numerous high-profile clients, including NBA star Julius Randal among many others. This May, guests can sign up to train like the stars on one of Santorini’s most beautiful properties, Vedema, a Luxury Collection Resort.

For six consecutive days, Vedema, a Luxury Collection Resort, will serve as the residence for all Amoila Cesar trainees. Nestled within the medieval Santorinian village of Megalochori, this former 400-year-old wine cellar, that has evolved into an authentic Cycladic village sanctuary will offer a historic and scenic setting for the retreat. Here guests can expect to bask in some Vitamin D while learning the fundamentals needed to transform their physical and emotional health through well guided sessions, navigated between group and solo activities. While guests may not be able to take the Santorini sun home with them, they can certainly take back the habits learned during the retreat and apply them to their everyday lives.
In true opulence, guests who wish to sign up can choose between a double occupancy or single occupancy room in one of Vedema Resort’s 74 beautiful suites and villas.
