Alati Restaurant is nestled in a 400-year-old wine cave and promises to immerse its guests into Santorini’s culinary legacy.

Lure relies on masterful executions to present a carefully curated menu with a strong Cycladic DNA while blending the dark, volcanic hues of Santorini with a relaxed, natural palette and grounded aesthetics overlooking the cobalt blue waters of the Caldera.

Mr. E at Istoria translates the island’s culture into recipes, helmed by acclaimed chef Yiannis Kioroglou who emphasizes a ‘sharing is caring’ attitude.

Parōn restauranτ is where the present seamlessly flows along past and future in a circular path carved by  Thanos Feskos. Safeguarding the moment, Parōn treasures the future through a commitment to sustainability, zero-waste treatments, and original preservation techniques, to reduce carbon mileage and rely on resource efficiency, while serving excellent quality food.

Beachfront Parostià Restaurant is the lunch and dinner spot of Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort, showcasing the generosity and laidback yet rich epicurean traditions of Paros, Greece and the Mediterranean Sea.
