2021 Update on Cancellation Policy

At Kanava Hotels & Resorts, we are fully committed to preserving your peace of mind throughout your journey with us. Given the current uncertain environment, we have extended our cancellation policy for the utmost flexibility.

Kindly note that in the event of a potential travel ban due to Covid-19 related government regulations, that restricts you from travelling to Greece, you will be credited the amount of your reservation against a future booking, valid for a period of 16 months from the original booking dates. Any deposit amount charged will be non-refundable.
