Mr E at Istoria translates the island’s culture into recipes, helmed by acclaimed chef Yiannis Kioroglou who emphasizes a ‘sharing is caring’ attitude.

At Mr E at Parīlio, the communal vibe of the restaurant’s setup meets a laid-back summer attitude paired with incredibly delicious food and a very clear philosophy that focuses on three aspects: that of zero waste, sustainability and an ethical supply chain focused on local, seasonal ingredients.

Beachfront Parostià Restaurant is the lunch and dinner spot of Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort, showcasing the generosity and laidback yet rich epicurean traditions of Paros, Greece and the Mediterranean Sea.
